Get Into Our Heads

Armed with a jam-packed little black book, Charlie co-founded K&H Comms together with her business partner Skye in 2010. Charlie started her career in-house at Jimmy Choo before moving to Modus BCPM followed by Mission Media where she headed up the fashion and beauty division.

Q: What do you want to be when you grow up?

With over 15 years in the industry, Skye co-founded K&H Comms together with business partner Charlie. Skye’s career evolved at Mission Media where she headed up the fashion and beauty division launching and nurturing household name brands such as Astley Clarke, Jigsaw and Feel Unique.

Q: If you had one wish what would it be?
A: That wine was good for you.

Skye Harrison


A stickler for presentation and all things creative, Connie combines great style with statement thinking, a winning combo for killer brands. Connie started her career interning at glossy magazines as soon as they would have her, and went on to make her mark heading up the Global PR in house at luxury handbag brand Meli Melo.

Q: What would you wear if you could?
A: I’d bring back nostalgia chic with Shelly’s scented jelly shoes and pair them with Talitha Getty’s 60’s holiday wardrobe.

Connie Murphy

Head of New Business

Having started out in PR at the luxury fashion house Emilia Wickstead, Bella then made the leap into agency life at DHPR, where she worked with the likes of Ganni, Shrimps and Olivia Von Halle. Her interest in sustainable fashion then took her to PR at M.i.h Jeans where she put the brand at the forefront of journalists’ and influencers minds.

Q: What is your perfect go to outfit?
A: For me perfection is a basic white tee with a mom jean, pair of loafers and a statement coat.

Arabella Thorns Hartley

Head of Fashion

Is obsessed with all things beauty and travel and has more travel beauty buys in her drawers than biros. Lizzie joined the K&H team from M&C Saatchi PR where she headed up the Nude by Nature and Moroccan Oil accounts.

Q: What does beauty mean to you?
A: It’s my absolute life. I don’t go anywhere without a pocket full of lip glosses and hair straighteners for my unruly mane.

Online shopping enthusiast and ever the perfectionist, Emily honed her commercial eye and skill for discovering new brands and trends as Head of Anglomania at Vivienne Westwood. She then went on to Polly King & Co where she was brand manager for several contemporary brands including Solid & Striped, Solace London, Aries Arise and Charlie May.

Q: What is your favourite shop in the world?
A: Le 66 in downtown Beirut. Unique, undiscovered and beautifully designed… wholesale heaven!
